Spec Home or Pre-Sale Which one do I Choose?
Whitworth Builders has two types of Homes; first is “Pre-Sales” where you pick the lot, the colors, and amenities with some models the elevation. Selecting a Pre-Sale is great but you have to wait for it to get built. Next is the “Spec Home” in most cases Whitworth Builders picked the colors, the lot and the amenities, the advantage to you is you get to move into the new Whitworth Builders, Inc. home quicker. The quicker depends on the stage of the “Spec”, sometimes you can still pick some colors i.e. tile and carpet. Or maybe you decide you want French doors going into the living room. The biggest advantage is with Whitworth Builders “Spec Home” is in the negotiating, the builder is willing to do a little more with a “Spec Home” because if he gets this one sold he can start another.
